- A new account has a limit of $25,000 per charge, or $1000 if you’re using the Point-of-Sale interface.

- Can I export my customer data if I leave Pin Payments?
- Yes, we believe this is your data, not ours. We’ll be happy to facilitate a secure transfer of your customer data.

- Goods and services tax
- Goods and services Tax (GST) is included on transaction fees at the current rate of 10%.

- ID verification needs to be completed for each ultimate beneficial owner (“UBO”) in your business or organisation.

- Can I import my customer data I used at another payment provider?
- As long as your current payment provider supports data portability, we can work with them to securely import your customer payment data.

- Why are international transaction fees more expensive?
- Where a transaction is categorised as an international, or cross-border transaction the amount of fees it attracts to process are higher compared to a domestic transaction.

- Is there a Pin Payments mobile application?
- Currently we don’t offer a native application for either iPhone or Android. However, all of the web based features are mobile friendly.

- How are transaction fees calculated?
- The cost to process a transaction depends on the currency you charge in and the country the cardholder's card has been issued from.

- What are my options to customise receipts?
- You’re able to apply your logo and add your own message, or disable the receipts we send.

- Can I resend receipts?
- Yes, you can resend receipts at any time. Find the charge in your dashboard, and scroll to the ‘Email receipt’ section. Confirm the email address is correct, and click ‘Send Receipt’.

- The Log In page includes an option to reset your password.

- Are there unsupported or restricted business categories?
- Business category restrictions are outlined in our terms.

- Which payments cards are supported?
- Any card bearing a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club logo can be used.

- Can I send tax receipts?
- You will need to issue tax receipts this separately as these details are not included on the receipt.

- How long does it take to setup an account?
- Typically, a Pin Payments account will be approved and ready to use within a single business day.

- I’ve sold my business, can I transfer ownership of my account?
- It's recommended the new owner creates their own Pin Payments account.

- If you’ve lost or replaced your phone, contact Support to help you restore access to your account.

- What countries are supported?
- Businesses located in either Australia or New Zealand can apply for a Pin Payments account.
